SEASON RULES AT A GLANCE
Club Championship Eligibility
To be eligible to complete at the Club Championships full season swimmers must attend at least 8 club nights and half season swimmers must attend at least 4 club nights.
Rules to Watch For
This season swimmers will be disqualified for : False starts, Incorrect stroke, Incorrect turns, Finishing a race with an incorrect touch, Failing to touch the wall when executing a turn, Grabbing the lane ropes when swimming.

Please ensure the area around you is clean when you leave each club night
